Day 7 – The comb-out

Interesting fact: In Burmese, the word for moustache is “nose-hair”. In the past two days, my uncut nasal hairs have been starting to poke out and actually look longer than my moustache (ok, rogue stubble). I wonder if it’s cheating to grow them and wear a “comb-out” as a moustache.

My girlfriend noticed the bald patches and suggested that I go for the reverse-Hitler by just shaving the section directly beneath my nose and growing the bits in the corners of my lips. That sounds a bit old-school Chinese, and not a bad idea, but I’ll wait till I have a bit more hair before considering my options.

Movellous, Ric. Almost momentous… possibly Mochiavellian. I bet when it’s grown you’ll love it so much you want to keep it.
